I run my own career coaching and consultancy practice in the North Essex area and key areas of work include:
CAREER COACHING I am a fully qualified and experienced career coach, working with both individual clients and organisations.
I work with clients at many different stages of their careers, from school leavers through to those planning for retirement. I offer a range of services tailored to suit individual requirements. This includes CV and interview coaching, as well as advice and support with issues like career change, redundancy and work/life balance.
RESESEARCH SERVICES I work as a freelance researcher, with fifteen years experience of designing and managing a wide range of academic and commercial research projects.
My research interests include career, education, labour market and training issues and projects have ranged from small evaluation studies to regional business surveys. Publications include commercial reports, academic papers and books.
UNIVERSITY LECTURER I work on a regular basis as a sessional lecturer for Birkeck's Organizational Psychology department including tutoring, marking and peer reviewer for British Journal of Guidance and Counselling.
