I am a fully qualified and experienced career coach, working with both individual clients and organisations. I run my own career coaching practice in the North Essex area and also do a variety of career and HR consultancy work.

I work with clients at many different stages of their careers, from school leavers through to those planning for retirement. I offer a range of career coaching and counselling services tailored to suit individual requirements. This includes CV and interview coaching, as well as advice and support with issues like career change, redundancy and work/life balance.

All of  these services follow best practice guidelines set out by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and the Institute of Career Guidance.
