I have a wide range of experience in using different quantitative and qualitative research methods. This includes questionnaire design, running focus groups and undertaking face-to-face and telephone interviews.

I work as a freelance researcher which includes designing and managing one-off research projects, as well as delivering ongoing research services when required. I also undertake academic research and tutoring at Birkbeck College, University of London and have recently published a book 'Interview Skills' commissioned by Trotman Publishing.
